Status starts as Under Process
When the SPM responds it changes to Action taken by SPM. You can then mark it Resolved, or send it back as Under Process with a comment.
Your ticket number
Status: Under Process. Quote this number in any follow-up.
Days pending counts calendar days from the date the ticket was raised until today. For resolved tickets it shows the days taken to resolve. Select a row to open the ticket.
Drag fields from the left into the boxes, or tap a field to choose where it goes. Drag a field back to the list, or use ×, to remove it. Dimensions (blue) group the tickets; measures (green) are what is counted or averaged.
Senior officer IDs can see everything the admin sees but cannot change anything. District IDs raise and follow up tickets for their district; the default ID is dmmu.<district name> with password Helpdesk@2026. SPM IDs answer the tickets tagged to them.
Each issue is tagged to one SPM; an indicator can be tagged to a different SPM. A new ticket goes to the indicator's SPM if one is set, otherwise to the issue's SPM. Changes apply to new tickets; reassign an existing ticket from the ticket itself. Create SPM login IDs first.
Set the email address that receives password-reset OTPs for the admin login.
Use at least 8 characters. The admin login ID is admin.
